Tag Markets just picked up another securities fraud warning.

This time from Luxembourg.

At this point, regulators are collecting Tag Markets warnings the way some people collect Pokémon cards.

“Gotta catch ’em all.”

Now before we get into it, if you want to discover a 100% powerful yet simple crypto cash flow strategy that pulls in 3% to 10% per month (SOMETIMES WAY MORE) that has been working amazing for several years…

Here is proof that this works with my business partner DAN who has helped so many people to accomplish their goals:

Luxembourg Wasn’t Buying the Story

Luxembourg’s financial regulator made things pretty simple.

Tag Markets isn’t authorized.

It isn’t licensed.

It isn’t approved to offer investment services there.

That’s about as clear as regulators get without using crayons.

The Company With More Personalities Than a Spy Movie

If you’ve followed Tag Markets long enough, you’ve probably noticed something.

The names change.

The logos change.

The CEOs change.

The products change.

But somehow…

The business always looks strangely familiar.

Yesterday it was Crowd1.

Then Zeus Funding.

Then Exfusion.

Then Bit1.

Then AI Tech.

Then Sonic AI.

Then Stratify.

At this rate they don’t launch companies.

They launch sequels.

Meet This Year’s CEO

Remember Kevin Marin?

Apparently that chapter ended.

Now it’s Nik Freihofer making the presentations.

Meanwhile, Jared Esguerra is still widely believed to be running the operation from Dubai.

Changing the person holding the microphone doesn’t necessarily change who’s running the show.

“We’re Focused on Emerging Markets…”

That’s what the website says.

Reality?

Most of the website traffic comes from Europe.

Germany.

Croatia.

The United Kingdom.

Slovenia.

Switzerland.

Apparently the definition of “emerging markets” has become incredibly flexible.

Regulators Keep Showing Up

Russia warned people.

Austria warned people.

Now Luxembourg has joined the party.

At some point, if multiple financial regulators around the world are all raising concerns…

Maybe it’s worth asking why.

The Christian Perspective

Proverbs 27:12 says:

“The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.”

That’s timeless advice.

Especially when investment companies seem to spend more time launching new brands than producing audited financial statements.

Final Thoughts

Tag Markets has become remarkably good at one thing:

Changing names.

Because apparently rebranding is easier than registering with financial regulators.

The companies change.

The products change.

The presenters change.

The AI buzzwords change.

But somehow the fraud warnings keep following them around like a shadow.

Funny how that works.

Maybe that’s the one thing they haven’t figured out how to rebrand yet.
