Welcome to my Setter Certification Program Review!

In the world of work-from-home jobs, becoming a setter in high-ticket sales is an option that’s catching a lot of eyes. This role seems pretty straightforward: you just need to arrange meetings for others to seal the deal. But there’s more to it than meets the eye. Let’s dive deep into what the Setter Certification Program offers, led by Rich Yu, and whether it’s worth the investment.

What is Setter Certification Program?

Setter Certification Program Review

The Setter Certification Program is a course aiming to teach you how to book appointments for big-ticket items, focusing mainly on the coaching business. This program promises to give you the skills needed to connect potential clients with salespeople, hoping to make big sales. The idea is to become certified in this skill, although the recognition of this certification outside the program’s own claims is quite limited.

Who Runs Setter Certification Program Review?

Who is Richard Yu

Rich Yu is the man behind this program. He believes there’s a lot of money to be made in setting appointments and has built this training to share his strategies. According to Yu, with the right approach and dedication, people can earn significant amounts by simply setting up meetings.  Reminds me of Derek Lancaster but he promotes high ticket affiliate programs.

How Does Setter Certification Program Actually Work?

Setter Certification Program scam

The program teaches you the ins and outs of booking sales meetings, especially for expensive coaching services. It covers how to find and talk to potential clients, how to persuade them to take a meeting, and the basics of sales psychology. The goal is to prepare you to be the first point of contact, effectively laying the groundwork for a salesperson to come in and close the deal.

Joining Setter Certification Program Reviews?

Joining this program isn’t cheap. It costs $8,800, which is a big investment for a course that teaches you to schedule appointments. This high price is justified by the promise of top-notch training and a certificate at the end. But remember, this certificate isn’t widely acknowledged outside of the program. Despite the high cost, the program suggests that with hard work, you can make up to $10,000 a month. However, it’s wise to take these claims with caution as earnings can vary greatly.

The Truth of Being a Setter

Life as a setter is tough. You start early, face criticism for not meeting your targets, and spend all day on calls. The expectation to perform is high, and the coaching programs you’ll be working for set challenging goals. They offer bonuses, but reaching them is tough, making the promised high earnings hard to achieve. Most setters realistically earn between $4,000 to $5,000 a month, which is hard going for anyone working long hours in today’s economic climate.

Final Verdict

The Setter Certification Program has faced its share of criticism. Many students have been unhappy, with some even complaining to authorities like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). One particularly harsh review from a student in Yu’s own community talked about being pressured into buying using manipulative tactics.

Given all this, my advice on the Setter Certification Program is to skip it. The recent start of the program, combined with many negative reviews and questionable sales methods, makes it hard for me to recommend it to anyone.

In closing, while the idea of earning a good income as a setter might sound appealing, the reality and moral issues surrounding the Setter Certification Program and its founder, Rich Yu, lead me to advise against this path. The significant cost, the demanding nature of the work, and the ethical concerns raised by participants make it essential to think carefully before stepping into this career.
