Apparently artificial intelligence has found another job.

It writes articles.

It creates videos.

It answers emails.

It analyzes data.

And according to OxusTech, it can apparently make money through crypto gambling arbitrage while you sit back and collect daily passive returns.

Welcome to OxusTech.

The opportunity combines:

  • cryptocurrency
  • AI
  • Polymarket arbitrage
  • passive daily returns
  • MLM recruitment
  • referral commissions
  • seventeen ranks
  • eight bonus pools
  • and a potential $1 million rank bonus

That is quite the buffet.

But before we grab a plate, there’s one important question:

Where does all the money actually come from?

Because no matter how many times you put “AI” in a presentation, mathematics still works the same way.

Let’s take a closer look.

Who Runs OxusTech Review?

This should be the easy section.

Unfortunately, it isn’t.

OxusTech operates through at least two known domains:

oxustech.ai — privately registered May 6, 2026

oxustech.io — used for marketing.

According to the supplied research, OxusTech launched around late May without clearly identifying its actual ownership or executive leadership.

Later, several people began appearing in company marketing.

That’s where things get interesting.

Meet the OxusTech Team

Around August 19, OxusTech began introducing people in various roles.

One of the first was purported CMO Michael Paulson.

The supplied source questions whether Paulson is genuinely an executive and notes that the man presented under that name has an Eastern European accent.

Then we have Roman Evdasev, who appears involved in Russian-language marketing.

According to the supplied research, Evdasev is Ukrainian and previously promoted Antares Trade and, more recently, Polar Tensor.

OxusTech also introduced Fabián Castañeda for Spanish-language marketing and Aidar Islyamov, another Russian-speaking promoter.

Then on September 11, the company introduced:

Konstantinos Kalaitzidis

as CEO and co-founder.

So OxusTech went from unclear ownership to suddenly having quite a few people appearing in different roles.

But here’s the thing.

I don’t care what someone’s accent is.

I don’t care whether they’re Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Spanish-speaking, Australian, Canadian, or from Mars.

None of that determines whether an investment is legitimate.

The important question is:

Who actually owns and controls OxusTech?

If I’m sending a company cryptocurrency and trusting it to generate passive returns, I shouldn’t need an international game of Guess Who? to determine who’s responsible.

But OxusTech Has an Australian Company!

Yes.

OxusTech presents OxusTech Pty Ltd as an Australian company.

The supplied research associates the registration with the name Justin Hall.

Now, having an incorporated company sounds official.

But there’s an important distinction:

Company registration is not the same thing as regulatory approval of an investment.

I can register a landscaping company.

That doesn’t mean the government has audited my revolutionary AI lawnmower investment fund.

Those are two entirely different things.

What matters here is whether the actual passive-return investment offering is properly authorized and whether its claimed revenue can be independently verified.

What Products Does OxusTech Sell?

This section won’t take long.

According to the supplied information, OxusTech doesn’t have traditional retail products or services.

Promoters primarily market participation in the OxusTech opportunity itself.

And the main attraction is fairly obvious:

Deposit USDT and receive passive daily returns.

Then, if you want to earn even more, build a downline of other people depositing USDT.

That’s where the MLM side begins.

How Much Does OxusTech Promise?

OxusTech’s minimum investment is reportedly:

50 USDT.

The daily passive-return rate increases based on investment size:

50–2,499 USDT: 0.45% daily

2,500–9,999 USDT: 0.55% daily

10,000–24,999 USDT: 0.65% daily

25,000+ USDT: 0.75% daily

OxusTech reportedly takes a 20% fee on returns.

Now, 0.45% might not immediately sound enormous.

But we’re talking about a daily percentage.

Day.

After day.

After day.

When an investment advertises consistent daily returns, I want to see more than a PowerPoint presentation.

I want independently audited financial evidence.

Want Your Investment Back Early?

You can apparently withdraw your investment before six months.

But your wallet may not enjoy the experience.

Depending on how much you invested, the initial withdrawal fee can reportedly be:

30%.

35%.

40%.

Or even:

45%.

Imagine depositing $25,000 and then deciding:

“You know what? I’m uncomfortable. I’d like my money back.”

And being told:

“Absolutely. That’ll be up to 45%.”

Suddenly six months doesn’t seem very long.

The fees reportedly decrease over time and disappear after six months, although OxusTech’s fee on ROI payments remains.

Whatever the reason for the policy, it certainly gives participants a powerful incentive to leave their money inside.

Because Apparently We Needed More ROI

OxusTech also adds monthly bonuses to ROI payments for twelve months.

The pattern goes:

Month 1: 5%

Month 2: 3%

Month 3: 2%

Then repeat.

5%.

3%.

2%.

Over and over for twelve months.

At this point, my calculator is asking for a lunch break.

But we’re only getting started.

Seventeen Ranks

OxusTech reportedly has seventeen ranks.

The qualification requirements combine:

  1. how much you personally invest
  2. how much your downline invests

For example:

R1: Invest at least 100 USDT and generate 1,000 USDT in downline investment.

R5: Invest at least 1,000 USDT and generate 25,000 USDT downline.

R8: Invest at least 5,000 USDT and generate 250,000 USDT.

Then we enter another universe.

R9: 1 million USDT in downline investment.

R13: 25 million USDT.

R14: 50 million USDT.

R15: 100 million USDT.

R16: 250 million USDT.

Quarter of a billion.

At R16, we’re no longer talking about inviting three friends to a Zoom call.

We’re building a small cryptocurrency civilization.

The plan also limits how much qualifying volume can come from a single recruitment leg, encouraging promoters to build investment volume across multiple teams.

Referral Commissions

Here’s where your own investment affects how much you earn when somebody else invests.

Invest 50–499 USDT:

10% referral commission.

Invest 500–999 USDT:

11%.

Invest 1,000–2,499 USDT:

12%.

Invest 2,500–4,999 USDT:

13%.

Invest at least 5,000 USDT:

15%.

So investing more doesn’t only increase your advertised passive return.

It also increases your referral commission rate.

That’s an important incentive built directly into the compensation plan.

Recruit People and Your Daily ROI Goes Up

This part is particularly interesting.

Recruit qualifying promoter-investors and OxusTech reportedly increases your daily ROI:

Recruit 1:

+0.1% daily

Recruit 5:

+0.2% daily

Recruit 10:

+0.3% daily

Recruit 20 or more:

+0.4% daily

A qualifying promoter-investor is reportedly someone who invests at least 500 USDT.

Think about what this means.

The passive-return rate isn’t only tied to whatever OxusTech claims its arbitrage system is doing.

Your advertised return can increase because you recruited more investors.

That’s worth paying attention to.

If the bot is generating the investment return, why should recruiting twenty people suddenly make the bot better at arbitrage?

Did the algorithm become motivated?

Residual Commissions

Now we enter the unilevel portion.

You recruit someone.

They’re Level 1.

They recruit someone.

That’s Level 2.

Those people recruit others.

Level 3.

And so on.

OxusTech reportedly pays residual commissions starting from Level 2, with rates based on how many qualifying promoter-investors you recruit.

Recruit one:

up to 0.01%.

Recruit five:

up to 0.02%.

Recruit ten:

up to 0.03%.

Recruit twenty or more:

up to 0.04%.

The phrase “up to” isn’t clearly explained in the supplied compensation material.

Residual commissions are reportedly capped at 3,000 USDT per day.

Again, recruitment unlocks more earning potential.

I’m beginning to notice a theme.

Eight Bonus Pools

OxusTech reportedly takes up to 7.5% of company-wide investment and allocates it across eight bonus pools.

Qualification requires—you guessed it—personal investment and downline investment.

Pool 1 requires:

1,000 USDT personally invested + 5,000 USDT downline.

Pool 8 requires:

100,000 USDT personally invested + 5 million USDT downline.

That’s a substantial amount of participant investment feeding the compensation structure.

Global Leader Pool

OxusTech reportedly places another:

0.01% of company-wide investment

into a Global Leader Pool.

To qualify, a promoter must reportedly reach:

$3,000 per day in residual commissions.

If you’re earning $3,000 every day just from residual commissions, congratulations.

Your spreadsheet has officially become a full-time employee.

Rank Achievement Bonuses

Now for the section that always looks great on the compensation-plan slides.

Rank bonuses.

OxusTech’s bonuses reportedly begin at:

R1 – 50 USDT

and continue upward:

R8 – 5,000 USDT

R10 – 15,000 USDT

R12 – 50,000 USDT

R13 – 100,000 USDT

R14 – 150,000 USDT

R15 – 250,000 USDT

R16 – 500,000 USDT

And R17?

1,000,000 USDT.

One million.

That’s a serious promise.

But whenever I see a million-dollar bonus, I don’t immediately start shopping for a Lamborghini.

I ask:

Where does the million dollars come from?

Compensation plans tell us how money is supposed to be distributed.

They don’t prove how the company earns it.

So Where Does OxusTech Say the Money Comes From?

Here comes the main story.

Polymarket arbitrage.

OxusTech claims its technology generates external revenue through arbitrage involving the crypto prediction-market platform Polymarket.

In simple terms, arbitrage involves taking advantage of price differences between markets or positions.

Arbitrage is real.

Algorithmic trading is real.

AI can be used in financial markets.

None of that is controversial.

But there’s a huge difference between:

“Arbitrage exists.”

and:

“Our proprietary system generates enough profit to pay thousands of participants daily passive returns.”

The second claim requires evidence.

Where Are the Audited Financial Statements?

This is where everything gets much simpler.

Forget the ranks.

Forget the pools.

Forget the AI.

Forget the compensation-plan diagrams that require three monitors to understand.

Show me the audited financial statements.

According to the supplied research, OxusTech has not provided audited financial reports demonstrating that its Polymarket arbitrage activity generates enough external revenue to fund the promised returns.

That’s the missing piece.

If independent auditors could verify that:

“Yes, OxusTech generated X amount through genuine external arbitrage and paid investors from those profits,”

we’d have something concrete to analyze.

Without that evidence, we’re relying primarily on OxusTech’s own claims.

The Question OxusTech Needs to Answer

There’s another simple question.

If OxusTech really has AI bots capable of reliably producing these returns through Polymarket arbitrage…

Why does it need your 50 USDT?

Or your 5,000 USDT?

Or your 100,000 USDT?

Think about it.

If I had a machine that reliably turned $100 into more money every day, I would probably be doing something very boring.

I would quietly feed my own money into the machine.

I probably wouldn’t create:

  • seventeen MLM ranks
  • referral commissions
  • recruitment ROI bonuses
  • eight bonus pools
  • rank bonuses
  • a Global Leader Pool

just to convince strangers on the internet to give me more capital.

There could theoretically be a legitimate explanation.

But OxusTech should provide it.

The Ponzi Question

This is where we need to be precise.

OxusTech claims its external revenue comes from arbitrage.

The supplied research says there are no audited financial reports verifying that claim.

What we can clearly see is participant money entering through investments.

We can also see a compensation structure heavily rewarding:

  • personal investment
  • recruited investment
  • downline investment
  • company-wide investment

If new investor deposits are being used to pay existing investors’ passive returns, that would be a Ponzi scheme.

And that’s why audited evidence is so important.

Without independently verified external revenue, participants cannot simply assume that dashboard returns equal genuine trading profits.

OxusTech Conclusion

OxusTech has almost everything the modern crypto opportunity could ask for.

AI?

Check.

Crypto?

Check.

Passive returns?

Check.

Arbitrage?

Check.

MLM?

Check.

Seventeen ranks?

Check.

Million-dollar bonus?

Of course.

But the thing I want most isn’t on that list:

Independently audited proof of the revenue.

Before putting money into OxusTech, I would want clear answers to these questions:

Who actually owns and controls OxusTech?

Are the publicly presented executives legally responsible for the company?

Where are the audited Polymarket trading records?

Which regulators have authorized the investment offering?

Why do recruitment numbers increase passive ROI?

Why are bonus pools funded from company-wide investment?

How much external revenue is generated compared with participant deposits?

Until those questions are answered with independently verifiable evidence, I would personally stay away.

AI may be extremely sophisticated.

Due diligence can still be surprisingly simple:

Show me the money—and show me where it actually came from.

Final Thoughts From a Christian Perspective

I want to end the business portion differently from many reviews online.

I’m not interested in calling people names.

I’m not interested in mocking Roman Evdasev, Aidar Islyamov, Konstantinos Kalaitzidis, Michael Paulson, or anyone else involved.

Why?

Because Jesus Christ didn’t call me to hate people.

He called me to love them.

That doesn’t mean ignoring wrongdoing.

Truth matters.

If something is dishonest, we should say so.

If people could lose money, we should warn them.

But we should never forget that the people on the other side are human beings created by God.

If anyone involved with OxusTech is knowingly misleading people, I pray they stop.

I pray they repent.

I pray they make things right wherever possible.

And most importantly, I pray they come to know Jesus Christ.

For promoters who sincerely believe OxusTech is legitimate, I pray they investigate carefully before encouraging friends and family to invest.

And for participants already inside, I pray God gives them wisdom rather than fear.

Ephesians 4:15 tells us to speak:

“The truth in love.”

That’s what I want these reviews to do.

Truth without hatred.

Warning without mockery.

Discernment with compassion.

Before You Go, Let’s Talk About the Most Important Investment You’ll Never Have to Buy

This entire review has been about returns.

0.45%.

0.55%.

0.75%.

Bonuses.

Commissions.

Pools.

Millions of dollars.

But eventually, every financial return reaches zero.

Not necessarily because an investment fails.

Because our lives end.

One day, every dollar we’ve accumulated will belong to someone else.

Every cryptocurrency wallet.

Every house.

Every car.

Every investment account.

Everything.

Jesus told the story of a wealthy man who accumulated more and more possessions.

The man thought he was financially secure.

But God said to him:

“You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you.” — Luke 12:20

Jesus wasn’t teaching that having money is evil.

He was warning us about building our entire lives around something temporary.

And that’s why I want to tell you about Jesus Christ.

Not religion.

Not pretending to be perfect.

Not earning your way into heaven.

Jesus.

The Bible says all of us have sinned.

Me too.

None of us can stand before a holy God based on our own goodness.

But God loves us.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into this world.

He lived the perfect life we couldn’t live.

He willingly died on the cross for our sins.

He was buried.

And three days later, He rose from the dead.

That’s the Gospel.

Jesus took the punishment we deserved so that through Him we could be forgiven and reconciled to God.

Salvation isn’t something you invest 50 USDT into.

There are no VIP levels.

There isn’t an R17 Christianity package.

You can’t recruit twenty people and unlock extra salvation.

It is God’s gift.

Ephesians 2:8-9 says:

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith… not by works, so that no one can boast.”

If you don’t know Jesus Christ, seek Him.

Don’t just take my word for it.

Read the Gospel of John.

Talk to God.

Ask Him sincerely to show you the truth.

Learn what Jesus actually said.

Look at His life.

Look at the cross.

Look at the resurrection.

Then ask yourself:

Who is Jesus?

Because that question matters infinitely more than:

“Is OxusTech legitimate?”

Jesus said:

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” — John 11:25

I don’t know how much money you’ll make during your lifetime.

I don’t know what Bitcoin will be worth decades from now.

I don’t know which companies will exist.

But I know this:

You cannot take any of it with you.

So seek wisdom with your money.

Protect your family.

Research before investing.

Don’t chase wealth blindly.

But above everything else:

Seek Jesus Christ.

Because the greatest treasure isn’t found in an AI algorithm, a crypto wallet, or a compensation plan.

It’s knowing the One who created you.

And my prayer is that everyone reading this—including every person involved with OxusTech—comes to know Him.
