 September 5

by themillionairedrive

If you’ve been following this particular corner of the MLM crypto world, you may be experiencing a mild case of déjà vu.

First there was Arbcore.

Then Arbcore disappeared and One Trade arrived.

Then One Trade ran into trouble.

And now…

NeoBank.

At this point, the company names are changing faster than some people change Wi-Fi passwords.

But humor aside, there is a serious issue here.

People lost money.

And when people lose money, they’re naturally vulnerable to one very powerful promise:

“Don’t worry. Move into the new platform and you’ll have another chance.”

That’s why NeoBank deserves a careful look.

Not ridicule.

Not anger.

Wisdom.

Let’s go through it together.

From Arbcore to One Trade to NeoBank

According to the supplied information, all three opportunities are connected to Evgeny Levin.

Arbcore collapsed first.

Then One Trade launched.

One Trade itself reportedly began running into serious withdrawal problems around July 2026.

Mandatory reinvestment appeared.

Recruitment reportedly declined.

And Levin allegedly warned investors that accounts could be terminated because people weren’t recruiting enough.

That’s a remarkable detail.

Imagine your investment manager saying:

“The trading is fine, but we really need you to bring your cousins in.”

If trading profits are genuinely funding returns, declining recruitment shouldn’t suddenly become an emergency.

That’s worth remembering.

Then NeoBank Appears

NeoBank’s domain was privately registered on August 11, 2026.

Marketing began appearing soon afterward.

During an early webinar, One Trade investors were reportedly given until September 1 to migrate their losses into NeoBank.

So if you’re thinking:

“This seems to have happened very quickly.”

Yes.

It did.

One platform experiences major trouble.

A new domain appears.

The same investor community is invited to move across.

That’s not automatically proof of anything.

But it certainly deserves more investigation than:

“New logo looks nice.”

Who Runs NeoBank?

NeoBank is represented through a company called Neobank Ltd., supposedly registered in Anjouan, Comoros.

The corporate registration reportedly names Alexandr Asaciov.

Asaciov had previously appeared on One Trade webinars translating for Evgeny Levin.

NeoBank marketing also references:

  • Arb Insurance Fund Ltd.
  • Arb Exchange Ltd.
  • MLM Matrix Ltd.
  • Arbitrage Core Ltd.

That’s a lot of company names.

Unfortunately, adding more company names does not necessarily add more transparency.

What investors need is clear accountability.

Who owns these companies?

Who controls the money?

Who is regulated?

Who signs the audited accounts?

Those are the useful questions.

Why Comoros?

NeoBank’s company registration points to Anjouan, Comoros.

According to the supplied source, Anjouan has a history of questionable offshore licensing operations.

Now, registering a company on a small island does not automatically mean something is wrong.

But it also doesn’t magically make an investment regulated.

A registration certificate might tell you:

“This company exists on paper.”

It doesn’t necessarily tell you:

“Your money is protected.”

Huge difference.

NeoBank Products

This section is quick.

There aren’t any traditional retail products.

NeoBank promoters market participation in the investment opportunity.

So the main thing being promoted is:

Invest crypto.

Receive passive returns.

Build a team.

Earn commissions.

That’s the business model we need to evaluate.

The Passive Returns

NeoBank advertises:

For USDT:

1.3% to 1.7% per day

For Bitcoin:

3% to 3.8% per day

Both are reportedly capped at 300%.

Let’s pause there.

Three percent daily on Bitcoin?

If returns like that were consistently sustainable, most professional investment managers would probably abandon their offices and ask NeoBank for the login link.

These are extraordinary numbers.

Extraordinary numbers need extraordinary evidence.

Not presentations.

Not screenshots.

Audited evidence.

The Seven Grades

NeoBank has seven ranks.

Grade 1 starts with:

  • 500 USDT invested
  • 2 recruits
  • 1,000 USDT team volume

Then things escalate.

By Grade 7:

  • 500,000 USDT personally invested
  • 128 recruited promoters
  • 600,000 USDT in downline investment volume

One hundred and twenty-eight recruits.

At that point, this isn’t casually mentioning an opportunity to your neighbor.

You’re building a serious recruitment organization.

Withdrawal Limits

Here’s another interesting part.

Your daily withdrawal limit depends on rank.

Grade 1:

500 USDT per day.

Grade 7:

50,000 USDT per day.

So the deeper you participate and the higher you rank, the larger your withdrawal allowance.

Given that One Trade reportedly introduced mandatory reinvestment before collapsing, withdrawal policies deserve especially close attention.

A number displayed in an online dashboard is not the same thing as money you can freely withdraw.

That’s an important lesson in crypto programs.

Referral Commissions

Personally recruit someone who invests and NeoBank pays:

5%.

Simple enough.

Money comes in.

Recruiter gets a percentage.

The Matrix

Then we have residual commissions through a matrix.

The exact matrix dimensions are not disclosed.

Neither are the actual commission percentages.

But the number of payable levels increases with rank.

Grade 1 gets 2 levels.

Grade 7 gets:

30 levels.

Thirty.

If your MLM compensation plan has enough levels to require scrolling for several minutes, recruitment is probably important.

What About the Trading?

NeoBank continues the trading explanation used by the previous platforms.

And that’s where the reboot history becomes impossible to ignore.

Arbcore had trading claims.

It collapsed.

One Trade had trading claims.

It collapsed.

Now NeoBank has trading claims.

So the obvious question becomes:

What changed?

Not the logo.

Not the name.

What changed financially?

Where is the independently audited trading record demonstrating that NeoBank can do what the previous two couldn’t?

That evidence matters.

The Biggest Red Flag May Be the Recruitment Story

According to the supplied information, One Trade experienced problems when recruitment declined.

That tells us something important.

If a business survives primarily because new people keep depositing money, eventually it runs into a mathematical problem.

There are only so many new people.

Recruitment always slows eventually.

A genuinely profitable trading system doesn’t need an endlessly expanding recruitment chain to keep existing investors whole.

NeoBank Conclusion

Let’s simplify the story.

Arbcore collapses.

One Trade appears.

One Trade runs into withdrawal and recruitment problems.

NeoBank appears.

Existing One Trade users are encouraged to migrate.

The same leadership network appears connected.

And another passive crypto investment plan launches.

For someone who already lost money, the emotional temptation is obvious.

“Maybe this time I can make it back.”

Please be careful with that thinking.

Loss recovery is one of the strongest emotional hooks in investing.

Sometimes the wisest decision after a loss is not finding the next opportunity.

It’s stopping.

Looking at what happened.

Learning.

And protecting what’s left.

Until NeoBank can provide independently audited trading results, clear regulatory registration, transparent ownership, and a credible explanation of how this model differs economically from Arbcore and One Trade, I would personally stay away.

Final Thoughts

I don’t want to mock One Trade victims.

I certainly don’t want to mock people hoping NeoBank works.

Some people may have lost significant savings.

Some may feel embarrassed.

Some may be desperate.

They need compassion.

My prayer is that everyone involved—including Evgeny Levin, Alexandr Asaciov, the promoters, and the investors—would seek truth and ultimately come to know Jesus Christ.

If anyone is knowingly hurting people, I pray they repent.

If anyone is being misled, I pray God opens their eyes.

If anyone has lost money, I pray they find peace and wisdom instead of chasing another risky opportunity out of desperation.

Truth matters.

But so do people.

There Is One Reboot That Really Can Change Your Life

Arbcore became One Trade.

One Trade became NeoBank.

The internet loves rebrands.

New name.

New site.

New beginning.

But there is one new beginning I want to tell you about that has nothing to do with cryptocurrency.

Jesus Christ can make you new.

Maybe you’re carrying regret.

Maybe it isn’t even about investing.

Maybe it’s relationships.

Decisions.

Sin.

Things you wish you could undo.

The Bible says:

“If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

That’s real rebirth.

Not a migrated account.

Not a new investment dashboard.

A new life.

We have all sinned.

We all need forgiveness.

Jesus Christ came to save sinners.

He died on the cross for our sins.

He rose again three days later.

And He offers eternal life to anyone who repents and trusts in Him.

You don’t need to hide your failures from Him.

You don’t need to repair everything before coming to Him.

Come as you are.

Seek Jesus.

Read the Gospel of John.

Talk to God honestly.

Turn away from sin and trust Christ as Lord.

Companies can reboot again and again and still repeat the same problems.

Jesus changes people from the inside out.

That’s the new beginning worth seeking.

May God give you wisdom, heal your losses, protect you from deception, and draw you into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
