At this point, GSPartners has rebranded so many times it feels less like a company and more like a witness protection program.
GSPartners became DAO1.
G999 became APTM.
And somehow the “new opportunity” keeps looking suspiciously like the old opportunity wearing different clothes.
Meanwhile… investors are still waiting for refunds.
Awkward.

According to reports, top promoters had travel expenses covered — some reportedly up to $15,000.
Which is interesting…
Because many former GSPartners victims are still waiting for refunds from the original collapse.
Apparently the refund process moves slower than airport Wi-Fi.
The Settlement Was Pretty Clear
Back in 2024, GSPartners and Josip Heit entered into a settlement with multiple North American regulators.
Part of the agreement?
Stop offering unregistered securities while refunds are pending.
Simple enough.
Except now we have promoters from settling jurisdictions showing up at DAO1 events promoting… another passive investment opportunity.
That’s kind of like getting caught speeding and then showing up to court in a Formula 1 car.

Upcoming version:

At this point the business model changes more often than a Netflix subscription price.
But somehow the promise always sounds familiar:
Passive income
Massive returns
Recruit more people
Financial freedom
And of course:
“This time it’s different.”
Sure.
The Christian Side Nobody Wants to Talk About
Here’s the uncomfortable part.
A lot of people promoting these schemes talk constantly about faith, blessing, abundance, and helping families.
But Scripture also talks about honesty, stewardship, and integrity.
And there’s a difference between building wealth ethically…
And constantly rebooting collapsed opportunities while old victims still wait for refunds.
That’s not persecution.
That’s accountability.
Proverbs 11:1 says:
“The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.”
Strong verse.
Especially in crypto.
Meanwhile the Rebrands Continue
Now DAO1 itself appears to be transitioning again.
Trading bots are fading.
“Mining” is coming.
New terminology. New presentation. Same cycle.
At some point, these opportunities start sounding like a band trying to reunite after every farewell tour.
“We mean it this time, guys.”
Final Thoughts
Maybe regulators act again.
Maybe they don’t.
But one thing is becoming harder and harder to ignore:
If a company has to keep changing names, changing products, changing explanations, and changing platforms…
Maybe the problem isn’t the branding.
Maybe the problem is the business model.
And if investors are still waiting for refunds while luxury events continue around the world…
People have every right to ask questions.
Even if those questions make the “Asia Hustle” a little less comfortable.
