Welcome to my unbiased Exby review!

There’s been some talk going around about this company, so I thought I’d take a closer look myself.

Maybe someone’s approached you about their passive returns, or you caught a review on YouTube and realized the reviewer was actually an affiliate. Now you’re here, looking for a straightforward, unbiased opinion.

Well, you’re in luck. I’m going to take you through everything about the company, their products, and their referral program, so you can decide for yourself whether to get on board or not.

Just be sure to stick with me here and read all the way to the end.

What is Exby?

Exby Review

Exby positions itself as a platform that offers a smooth and secure trading experience.

They claim on their website to provide access to all major crypto exchanges and currency pairs, boasting about delivering top-notch analytics and conditions for efficient and profitable trading.

However, when digging into who actually runs the company, their website falls short. They mention having a team of experienced traders and developers who keep the platform updated with market trends and technology, emphasizing transparency and customer support. But, critically, there’s no specific information about these so-called experienced traders or team members anywhere online.

The domain “exby.io” was privately registered on September 14th, 2022, and later updated on October 29th, 2023. This update might indicate when new owners took over, but these owners remain unidentified.

Moreover, they claim to have a company named Exby LLC in the USA, which implies it’s a Limited Liability Company. However, upon investigation, this too appears to be fictitious. So, while they are inviting investments, the lack of transparency and verifiable information raises significant concerns.

Exby Review – The Products

Exby Scam

Exby.io doesn’t offer any retail products or services. However, they do have an affiliate program that you can join and promote.

After becoming an affiliate, you have the option to either invest in their investment plans and/or recruit new people into the company.

Which reminds me of a company called Cloud Computing VIP.

Making Money With Exby.io Review?

With Exby, there are two main avenues for making money:

  1. Investment Plan: The first option is to invest in their plan, with the expectation of receiving some form of return. Many who join Exby.io choose this passive income route, investing in real crypto with the promise of a daily ROI ranging from 1.2% to 1.4%.

  2. Recruitment Commission: The second method involves recruiting new people into the company. For this, you can earn a commission. Specifically, in their affiliate program, you’re entitled to a 10% commission on the profits earned by your recruits, whether they engage in trading or opt for the passive income route.

Additionally, it seems that you also have the option to trade on your own within the platform.

Joining Exby Reviews?

Joining the Exby affiliate program is free of charge, but to participate in the passive returns opportunity, an investment is required.

Contrary to many other Exby.io reviews you might come across, I am committed to providing you with an honest and unbiased assessment in the final verdict below.

Final Verdict – SCAM or LEGIT?

Is there a scam associated with Exby or Exby.io? Let’s examine the facts closely:

  1. Unknown Ownership and Fake LLC: A significant red flag is the lack of clarity about who runs or owns the company. Compounding this issue is the fact that their supposed LLC is fake. This lack of transparency and legitimacy is a major concern.

  2. Lack of Verifiable Trading Activity: There’s no evidence of their trading or auto-trading activities occurring in real-time to justify the returns they promise. This absence of proof raises questions about their operations.

  3. Ponzi Scheme Characteristics: The apparent reliance on new investments to pay off existing members is a classic trait of a Ponzi scheme. Such a model is unsustainable and often leads to significant losses for later investors.

  4. Potential Exit Scam Risk: The pattern suggests that once recruitment diminishes, the company might resort to an exit scam, leaving investors at a loss.

  5. Non-Compliance with SEC Regulations: Even if Exby had a legitimate LLC, they would still be required to register with the SEC in the USA to legally offer securities, which they haven’t done. This further indicates non-compliance with regulatory standards.

Given these factors, caution is highly advised. It seems that Exby exhibits several hallmarks of a scam.
