Well, this is awkward.

Arbcore collapsed.

Then One Trade showed up.

Then One Trade collapsed.

Now Australia has arrived carrying the regulatory equivalent of a giant red sign saying:

WE WARNED YOU.

On August 19, 2026, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) issued warnings concerning both Arbcore and One Trade.

ASIC says the operations may have offered or advertised financial services to Australians despite not holding the appropriate Australian financial services licence or credit licence.

Apparently “trust the crypto arbitrage bot, bro” isn’t a recognized Australian financial licence.

Who knew?

ASIC Joins the Party

ASIC identified three domains connected to the operations:

  • arbcore.info
  • arbcore.app
  • onetrade.ltd

Arbcore.info is already defunct.

Because apparently these websites sometimes have shorter life expectancies than the milk in my refrigerator.

One Trade’s domain was additionally flagged in relation to impersonation of ARB Associates Pty Ltd.

So we’re not exactly starting from a position of confidence here.

Remember Arbcore?

Arbcore was presented as an MLM crypto opportunity supposedly generating returns through cryptocurrency arbitrage and trading.

Evgeny Levin fronted the operation.

Everything sounded sophisticated.

Trading.

Arbitrage.

APIs.

Crypto exchanges.

Algorithms.

Lots of technical words that make people nod their heads while secretly wondering what any of it means.

Then April arrived.

Withdrawals stopped.

Suddenly the story became exchange problems, API errors, frozen accounts and allegedly tainted cryptocurrency.

Funny how the technology always seems incredibly advanced when deposits are coming in.

The moment people want their money back?

“Sorry guys, the API is having a moment.”

One Trade: The Sequel Nobody Needed

After Arbcore collapsed, along came One Trade.

Think of it like a movie sequel.

Same general plot.

Familiar characters.

New poster.

And somehow we’re supposed to pretend we don’t know how the first movie ended.

One Trade was also fronted by Evgeny Levin.

By July, however, things weren’t exactly going according to plan.

During a webinar, Levin complained that new registrations had fallen dramatically and threatened that investment contracts could be closed if things didn’t improve.

And this is where the story becomes almost comical.

If a magical arbitrage system is generating the returns, why does Evgeny need Bob from accounting to recruit Susan from church who recruits Uncle Larry?

Does Bitcoin suddenly stop arbitraging because Larry didn’t sign up?

Of course not.

If legitimate external trading generates the money, recruitment shouldn’t be the oxygen keeping the entire operation alive.

And Then One Trade Collapsed

Sure enough, One Trade collapsed too.

So now we have:

Arbcore: collapsed.

One Trade: collapsed.

Surely that’s the end?

Of course not.

Welcome to NeoBank.

Because apparently the third time’s the charm.

NeoBank has been presented through NeoBank Ltd., supposedly registered in Comoros to Alexandr Asaciov, previously known for translating Levin’s Russian presentations.

We’ve gone from translator to corporate registration.

That’s quite the LinkedIn promotion.

NeoBank marketing also references:

  • Arb Insurance Fund Ltd.
  • Arb Exchange Ltd.
  • MLM Matrix Ltd.
  • Arbitrage Core Ltd.

Lots of companies.

Lots of impressive names.

But impressive names don’t answer the one question investors should always ask:

Where does the money actually come from?

The MLM Crypto Reboot Merry-Go-Round

This is where people need to wake up.

A platform collapses.

Withdrawals stop.

People lose money.

Then suddenly:

“Great news, everyone! We have a NEW opportunity!”

No.

That isn’t necessarily great news.

That’s when you start asking harder questions.

What happened to my previous money?

Where are the audited trading statements?

Who regulates this?

Why are the same people back?

Why am I being asked to deposit again?

And why does this new company have more corporate entities than it has independently verified revenue?

If your first investment disappeared, sending another deposit into the reboot isn’t “recovering.”

It might just be buying another ticket for the same ride.

Australia Says Enough

ASIC has now formally warned Australians about Arbcore and One Trade.

That’s important.

Because eventually marketing hype has to meet reality.

You can call something arbitrage.

You can call it AI.

You can call it Web3.

You can call it NeoBank Super Quantum Artificial Intelligence Blockchain Arbitrage 7.0 if you want.

Fancy terminology doesn’t replace regulatory compliance.

And it definitely doesn’t replace verifiable revenue.

Final Thoughts: Stop Chasing the Next Shiny Thing

There is actually a serious lesson underneath all the humor.

Real people lose real money in these schemes.

Some lose savings.

Some borrow money.

Some convince friends and relatives to join.

Then when everything collapses, desperation kicks in.

That’s when the next reboot becomes especially dangerous.

People aren’t necessarily investing because they believe in the new opportunity.

They’re investing because they’re desperately trying to recover what they already lost.

Scripture warns us:

“A faithful man will abound with blessings, but whoever hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.” — Proverbs 28:20

Build wealth patiently.

Work.

Create value.

Invest carefully.

Ask questions.

And never let greed silence the wisdom God gave you.

But before you leave this page, there’s something infinitely bigger than another MLM story.

Do you know Jesus Christ?

Because one day none of this will matter.

Not Arbcore.

Not One Trade.

Not Bitcoin.

Not your house.

Not your car.

Not the number sitting in your bank account.

Jesus asked:

“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?” — Mark 8:36

That’s the question worth thinking about.

We are sinners in need of a Savior, and God gave us one.

Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose from the grave.

Salvation isn’t something you purchase.

You can’t recruit your way into Heaven.

There isn’t a VIP package.

There isn’t a compensation plan.

There isn’t a token you need to buy.

It is God’s gift through Jesus Christ.

Repent of your sins, put your faith in Jesus, confess Him as Lord and follow Him.

Jesus said:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” — John 14:6

So investigate investments carefully.

But investigate the claims of Jesus Christ even more seriously.

Because losing money hurts.

Losing your soul is eternal.

Jesus Christ is Lord.
